Hi I'm Lucy, founder of Diamonds Home Care
After starting my social work career in 2016, I founded Diamonds Home Care in 2022 to provide trustworthy, high-quality home care services for adults in our local community at a price point that offers good value for money.
Having worked for larger, more corporate care agencies in both care delivery and recruitment, I wanted to create a service where going above and beyond for our clients was more important than profit margins.
I wanted to create a welcoming and friendly environment full of dignity and respect, where everyone (both clients and staff) feels valued, supported, and cared for.
